These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of any reading, session, or service booked through this website or through Koalendar, including Tarot Readings, Astrology Readings, Human Design Readings, Intuitive Readings, Dream Interpretation Sessions, Full Spectrum Readings, and Meet & Greet sessions (collectively, “Services”), offered by [YourFriendDom] (“I,” “me,” “my”). By booking a session, you (“you,” “client”) agree to these Terms in full.
All Services are offered for entertainment, educational, and personal growth purposes only. They are not, and should not be treated as, a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical, legal, financial, or mental health issue, please consult a qualified, licensed professional.
Insights shared during any session are based on interpretation, tradition, and intuition. They are inherently subjective, and I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, outcome, or predictive value of any reading. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of any session, and I am not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of information shared during a Service.
Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Sessions are booked through Sellfy in collaboration with Koalendar and require payment at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Full payment secures your appointment time. Prices for each Service are listed on the booking page and are subject to change without notice for future bookings; your booked session price is honored once confirmed.
Because these Services involve real time, energy, and preparation on my part, all sales are otherwise final once a session has taken place. Refunds are only issued under the circumstances described in the Cancellations & Rescheduling section above, or at my sole discretion in extenuating circumstances.
What you share with me during a session is kept private. I do not disclose the content of your reading, your personal information, or anything discussed during a session to third parties, except:
If you’d like a portion of your session (e.g., a general insight, not identifying details) considered for anonymized use in content such as social media or podcast episodes, I will always ask for your explicit permission first — nothing from a private session is used publicly without your consent.
Booking a Service does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, or financial advisor-client relationship. I am not a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, or financial advisor, and nothing shared during a session should be interpreted as licensed professional advice in those fields.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Service, including decisions made based on information shared during a session. Your use of these Services is voluntary and at your own discretion.
Sections 9.1–9.5 below apply specifically to physical products purchased through this website, including crystal and copper jewelry, candles, and any other spiritual tools or goods offered for sale (collectively, “Products”). These are separate from, and in addition to, the Services terms above.
Any metaphysical, healing, or energetic properties described for a Product (for example, properties traditionally associated with a particular crystal) reflect spiritual and folkloric tradition, not medical or scientific claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. If you have a health concern, please consult a licensed medical professional rather than relying on a Product for treatment.
Colors, sizes, and natural variations (especially in raw or semi-precious stones) may differ slightly from photos shown on the website, as many materials are natural and one-of-a-kind.
Copper and other metals used in jewelry may cause skin irritation or an allergic reaction in some individuals. If you have a known metal sensitivity or allergy, please review materials carefully before purchasing, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Small components (clasps, beads, wire-wrapped stones) may present a choking hazard and are not intended for children or pets.
Candles should always be burned in accordance with standard candle safety practices: never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children, pets, flammable materials, and drafts, burn on a heat-safe surface, and trim the wick before each use. I am not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper or unsupervised use of a candle.
Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. I am not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs (for international orders), or other circumstances outside my control. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the item transfers to you; please reach out promptly if a package appears lost or misdelivered so I can look into it.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of my Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
